Fusion Cloud. One place to see and run it all.
Fusion Cloud is our own platform, designed and built in-house. It is where every Sentinel device reports, where alarms are set, and where you switch equipment on and off. It is also the system Outback Comms runs on, from the first enquiry through to the device in the field. You reach it by dashboard, phone app and API.

Who sees what
Access is tiered, so everyone sees what they need and nothing more.
User
Sees their own devices and their own work.
Company
Sees the company’s devices and work, shared across the team.
Partner
Can see and assist their customers, but each customer’s data stays private to that organisation unless the customer shares it.
Alarms that live in the cloud
Devices just report. Fusion Cloud decides what is an alarm, so thresholds are set per machine and changed from anywhere without a site visit. A device that stops reporting raises an alarm too.
- Per-machine thresholds
- Changed remotely
- Silence is a fault
- Control from the same screen
Owned and controlled outright
We built Fusion Cloud ourselves, AI-first from day one, and it already runs our own business. We own and control it outright, so it improves on our schedule and in the direction our customers ask for.
Fusion started as the name of our smart Starlink power range. Today Fusion means the cloud, and the hardware is Sentinel.
Common questions
Can I connect Fusion Cloud to my own systems?
Fusion Cloud has an API. Talk to us about what you want to connect.
Is there a phone app?
Yes, as well as the web dashboard.
Can resellers help their customers?
Yes. Partners can see and assist their customers, but customer data stays private to that organisation unless it is shared.

Pilots and customer access
Sentinel is in productisation and pilots. Availability, supported features and installation requirements are agreed for each application. Fusion Cloud runs Outback Comms internally; customer access and demos are by enquiry. The planned free productivity tools are not open for public access. Current Starlink products, prices and stock are listed at outbackcomms.com.au.
