Remote asset monitoring for utilities and councils
Utilities, councils and emergency services look after assets spread over huge areas, often well outside coverage: pump stations, generators, tanks, remote sites, and the people who service them alone. Sentinel watches those assets and those people, and Fusion Cloud raises the alarm and lets you act from one place.

What gets in the way
- Remote pumps, generators and tanks need regular drive-out checks.
- A site loses power and nobody knows until something fails.
- Field staff work alone, far from help.
- Sites have no mobile coverage.
What Sentinel does for utilities and services
Each application below is part of the Sentinel range on one common core.
Pump monitoring and control
Know a remote pump is running, and start or stop it, without driving out to check. Sentinel reports pump state, alarms on a fault or when the pump goes quiet, and the same device switches it on and off.
Generator monitoring
Know a generator is running, how it is going and when it stops, wherever it is. Run hours and alarms land in Fusion Cloud, and it can be started or stopped remotely where the set allows.
Tank and trough levels
Check water levels on every tank and trough from your phone instead of doing the run, with an alarm before stock run dry.
Condition monitoring
Catch a failing bearing, pump or motor before it breaks. Sentinel watches temperature, vibration and sound on any machine with a bearing, learns what normal looks like for that machine, and alarms when it drifts.
Fleet tracking
Location, trips and usage logs for utes, trucks and light vehicles, with a path to servicing on real use.
Lone-worker safety
Man-down, duress button, check-in timers and GPS, so someone working alone can get help sent to where they are.
Remote site connectivity
One gateway that switches automatically between LoRa, on-site Wi-Fi, Starlink and 4G, and connects direct to LEO satellite, so data gets out from sites with no phone coverage.
Starlink power and monitoring
A high-power Sentinel gateway powers Starlink in vehicles and at fixed sites on 12 and 24 volt systems, and reports its health to Fusion Cloud.
How it works here
Each site gets the Sentinel devices it needs and a gateway that uses whatever connection is there, from on-site Wi-Fi and 4G to Starlink or direct satellite. Every unit has a battery, so a power failure is reported rather than going silent. In Fusion Cloud you see every site in one account, and a partner can see and assist with the sites you choose to share.

Common questions
Will we know when a site loses power?
Yes. The battery in every unit keeps it reporting and flags the outage.
Can thresholds differ per site?
Yes. Alarms are set in Fusion Cloud per device, and changed remotely.
Is it designed and built in Australia?
Yes, in-house in Bundaberg, Queensland.
