What we collect
When you email or call us, we collect the contact details and enquiry information you provide. This website currently directs enquiries to email or phone; it does not accept online form submissions.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, follow up on a pilot, reseller or Starlink request, or provide support. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Where it is kept
Access to enquiry details in our business systems is limited to the Outback Comms staff who need it to respond and provide support.
Website analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, page views, downloads and clicks on this website. Google receives usage information and uses analytics cookies; information may be processed overseas. Analytics does not load until you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. We do not send enquiry field values to Analytics, and advertising personalisation is disabled.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing sales@outbackcomms.com.
